At SAYAA OFFICIAL, we aim to deliver your products safely and quickly to your doorstep across Pakistan.

Shipping Timeline

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placement.

  • We ship from Monday to Saturday. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping across Pakistan — no minimum order required.

  • Shipping charges (if applied in the future) are non-refundable in case of return or cancellation.

  • SAYAA OFFICIAL reserves the right to revise shipping charges or policies at any time without prior notice.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery takes 3 to 4 business days after dispatch.

  • Bulky or high-volume orders may take slightly longer.

  • Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 1–2 weeks, depending on location and courier service availability.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking and courier details will be shared with you.

  • Note: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Change of Delivery Address

You may request a change of delivery address only if:

  • Your order status is Pending or Confirmed, and

  • The order has not yet been shipped

⚠️ Address changes may not be accepted if they affect delivery charges or logistics.

Missed Deliveries

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

  • Please ensure your contact number is active for smooth delivery.

Promotional Offers

  • Free shipping or other delivery promotions may be offered during sales.

  • These offers may have separate terms and conditions.

Hidden Charges

  • No hidden fees!

  • All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable charges.

  • You only pay the amount shown at checkout.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Delays & Disruptions

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier or logistics issues

  • Unexpected operational delays

SAYAA OFFICIAL is not liable for such delays but will always try to resolve issues promptly.

In rare cases where an order is lost or significantly delayed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
